The Family-Friendly Museum

Welcome to the South Tyrol Museum of Folk Traditions!

Our Museum gives you the opportunity to discover a lot of interesting things that the whole family will enjoy. Grandma's and grandpa's memories will become lively once again. Mum and dad will be delighted to discover unexpected treasures of popular art and rural life traditions. Children will enjoy the freedom to roam in safety and approach different kinds of farm animals such as cows, donkeys, goats and sheep, which are grazing on the Museum's meadows.

Everybody can enjoy the rhythm of the traditional countryside walking through an unspoilt landscape. In the area there are several benches inviting visitors to rest. The walking paths are suitable for prams.

Baby's Nursery

Near the Residence toilet block a nursery with baby changing table is available.

Picnic

Visitors can choose to enjoy a picnic in familiar atmosphere outside in a picnic-area, where tables and benches are provided.
